When you book an in-person Reiki session with Hope, you will find a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Taking your personal and medical history into consideration, we will establish an energetic plan to get any issues resolved. I have a comfortable place for you to settle into, and I will do a scan of your energy by slowly hovering my hands across your entire physical & energetic body, getting a sense energetically which areas will need the most attention. This no-contact scanning gives me a great indication as to where your blockages and/or imbalances may be. After I initiate the transmission of Divine Reiki energy to my hands, the healing will begin. You get to lay back and relax, and allow your entire energetic field to be transformed, healed, and put back in sync with the manifesting Energy of the Universe. I know from many personal Reiki sessions I have done with other practitioners; Reiki healing has been absolutely life-changing! You'll be so glad you honored your Self and got your energy back in balance!

Do you require a specific Healing with focused intent during a Reiki session.?.?(currently feeling pain or discomfort)??
The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy.
Reiki is a type of energy healing. According to practitioners, energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness.

Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Reiki practitioners believe that improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.
If you are experiencing any tension or pain in your body, I can focus on that area of your body to send the Reiki Energy into. Though it is not "intended to treat or diagnose illness or injury" I have seen the positive benefits over and over on people having pains in numerous areas of their body, they've walked out without an ache to find anywhere. The Power of Divine Reiki energy is definitely something that I feel "surpasses all understanding" and is worth finding out for yourself! If you're ready to live without the pains and tension that are present in your physical body, this is the best natural choice.

*For specific healing treatments, or intentional area of focus, need to be at least 60-minutes, so I have enough time to treat & heal the intended areas.

The consultation at the beginning of your appointment does not count toward that allotted time, we need that for the actual energy healing. You will leave with a sense of relief that may be hard to explain. I know it always feels like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I have an overall sense of "ahhhhhh", that keeps me present, keeps me grounded, and sustains my gratitude for renewed energy and Divine alignment!
